I’ve been a regular reader since I found your blog, and find your approach to life inspiring. I found some info that might be relevant to you, but I’m not a doctor or hypermobility-expert, so please use your own judgement. So, there’s this Harvard-educated researcher, Esther Gokhale, who studies why some people don’t have back pain and spinal disc degeneration.
And here she is her presentation at Stanford University (there’s also a YouTube video of her presentation at the company Google): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1luKAS_Xcg
Her work helped me a lot, but of course, everyone’s body is different. Please check in with yourself and your doctor before trying her methods.
