What do you do when you make extra food (to save energy), can barely have less than half a portion of it and can’t  store it for too long as it may go bad?

You give it to your friends :)

Here’s my Asian Soup with Brown Rice Vermicelli

(I’ll share the recipe some other time. I’m far too fatigued for it right now)

I tried having just the soup and even that seemed like something my body just didn’t want.

I’m honestly not too sure what’s up with my gut at the movement… But I’m figuring it out. One step at a time. I think I have the right help and hopefully I continue finding guidance over the next few weeks of observation, diagnosis and treatment.
